Adarsh ​​Vikram Singh, a 26-year-old motivational speaker from Gitachour, Mahabu Rural Municipality-4, Dailekh, has been honored with the ‘Karnali Youth Icon’ at the ‘Karnali Youth Festival’.

He was presented with the honor at the ‘Karnali Youth Festival’ held in Surkhet, the capital of Karnali Province. His struggle, dedication, and continuous hard work, which started from a remote village, have made him known as an inspiring youth of Karnali today.

Adarsh ​​was curious, studious, and service-oriented from a young age. His family culture had oriented him towards education and social service since childhood. Achieving excellent results from school level, he reached Birendranagar in Surkhet via Dailekh district headquarters for higher studies. Along with his educational journey, he has broadened his goals and has become active as a motivational speaker since 2018.

So far, he has directly inspired more than 20,000 students and youth. Recently, he has also been involved in motivating Nepal Police personnel.

Adarsh ​​is also the founder of ‘Rising Talent’. Through this organization, he has been providing public speaking training to youth. He also hosts a podcast program called ‘Sambhava Chha’, sharing experiences and inspiring thoughts.

Singh, who is also active in social and political consciousness, played a leading role in the Karnali province during the Gen-Z movement of 2082 BS. Since then, he has been making youth aware of advanced democracy, good governance, and social justice.

His journey, which began from the humble surroundings of Gitachaur, has today become an example of inspiration for the youth of Karnali. The Karnali Youth Icon award has given additional energy to Singh, who has studied in depth subjects like philosophy, spirituality, personality development, leadership, and entrepreneurship.
